Gold Package

Priced at $195/person plus 8% NYS tax, 20% service charge, 10% event planner fee.

All June Farms Cabins, the Farmhouse, and The June Farms Lake House (when available), are required to be booked by your guests the evening prior to your wedding, and the evening of your wedding. You will receive a link which you will send to all of your guests for booking.

What’s included in the Gold Package?

  • A guided ceremony rehearsal the day prior to your wedding.

  • 7 hours of exclusive use of the June Farms property from 4pm-11pm.

    *Per local ordinances, all special events must end by 11pm.

  • Use of our 60×90 white sailcloth tent.

  • Full open bar.

  • Rustic-chic farm tables & chairs for up to 150 guests.

    *Additional tables and chairs can be rented through your caterer if needed.

  • Use of our premium cocktail lounge, The Pony Barn, a beautifully designed space for cocktail hour and dancing.

  • On premise ceremony at June Farms. White ceremony chairs for 150 guests included.

    *Additional chairs may be rented if needed.

  • Shuttle service to and from your ceremony site.

  • Floral table arrangements consisting of white daisies or in-bloom cut flowers inside the Pony Barn. Flowers at the ceremony site, inside the event tent, and for your wedding party, are provided by the florist you hire.

  • The experience for your guests to stroll through our sprawling 120-acre property, viewing all of our barns & meadows, and meeting all of our happy animals between the hours of 4-9pm on the day of your wedding.

  • On site parking for your guests for up to 150 cars.

  • Experienced, professional and friendly bar staff throughout your party.

  • A lovely playlist for under the event tent or in the Pony Barn for cocktail hour and the reception.

What’s NOT included in the Gold Package?

  • Food is a separate bill that is handled directly by your caterer.

  • Your Event Planner is not included in this package. All June Farms Weddings are required to work with an approved wedding planner. We encourage you to work with our own internal Event Planner (10% commission fee).

  • Our cabins.

    When booked 6 months or longer in advance, all of our luxury June Farms Cabins on our property will be reserved for your wedding. All of your guests will be able to book directly through June Farms so they get their check in information as well as their own personal concierge service. All cabins are reserved Friday-Sunday, unless you request additional nights. Check in is 4pm on Friday and a late noon check out is available on Sunday.

    If you are booking a Gold Package with a reservation lead time within 6 months, there is a possibility that other guests will be on the farm during your wedding. Any unreserved reservations will be available for your wedding guests. Any unreserved cabins will be placed on the final bill.

  • A DJ, band or playlist for dancing.

  • Photography.

  • Floral for your reception tent, personal flowers, ceremony flowers or tabletop floral.

  • A golf cart for first looks or a golf cart for your photographer to use.

    *We can rent additional golf carts for your use to be added to the final bill.

  • A rehearsal dinner or welcome party the night before your wedding. This can easily be added on if you would like.

  • A bon voyage brunch at June Farms the day after your wedding. This can easily be added on if you would like.
