The June Farms Experience

If you are interested in a single day celebration, and not a 3-day wedding weekend event, please look at our Gold Package.

The Diamond Package is a destination experience at June Farms allowing us to host your magical 3-day wedding weekend. From the Welcome Party on Friday, to the Bon Voyage brunch on Sunday, we will give your family and friends the memory of a lifetime at June Farms.

June Farms Site Fee for the Diamond Package: $49,500 plus 8% NYS tax and 20% gratuity, for up to 150 guests. There will be an additional cost for over 150 guests.

All of our on-premise luxury cabins are reserved exclusively for your wedding weekend and are booked and paid for directly by your guests.

What’s included in the Diamond Package?

  • Friday Welcome Party

    • 3:00pm Ceremony Rehearsal
    • 4:00pm Cabin Check In
    • 6:00pm – 9:00pm Welcome Party in The Pony Bar
      •  Includes beer, wine & non-alcoholic refreshments.  Cash bar for liquor. 
  • Saturday Morning

    • 8:00am – 11:00am Continental Breakfast & Coffee Service in The Pony Barn
    • 8:00am – 9:00am  Group farm animal feedings
    • 9:ooam – 10:00am Goat Yoga for all cabin guests
    • 11:00am – 4:00pm  Guests rest before wedding
  • The Wedding

    Full Open Bar is included from 5:30pm – 11:00pm

    • 4:00pm Guest Arrival
      • Welcome Beverages available inside the Pony Barn to include a glass of house Prosecco, non-alcoholic refreshments, and cucumber or lemon infused water
    • 5:00pm Ceremony at the location of your choice (includes Guest shuttle service to and from)
    • 5:30pm – 6:30pm Cocktail Hour in The Pony Barn
    • 6:30pm Guests head to our sailcloth event tent for dinner service
    • After dinner (Time TBD.  Each wedding is different depending on service, speeches, first dances, etc.) Guests head back into The Pony Barn for dancing
    • 11:00pm Event concludes
  • Sunday Bon Voyage Brunch

    • 11:00am Guests check out of cabins
    • 11:00am – 2:00pm Bon Voyage Brunch in The Pony Barn
      • Includes beer, wine, sodas & mimosas.  Cash bar for liquor.
  • Use of our 60×90 white sailcloth tent for dinner service.

  • Rustic-chic farm tables & chairs for up to 150 guests.

    *Additional tables and chairs can be rented through your caterer if needed.

  • Use of our premium cocktail lounge, The Pony Barn, a beautifully designed space for cocktail hour and dancing.

  • On premise ceremony at June Farms. White ceremony chairs for 150 guests included.

    *Additional chairs may be rented if needed.

  • Floral table arrangements consisting of white daisies or in-bloom cut flowers for inside the Pony Barn. Flowers at the ceremony site, inside the event tent, and for your dinner tables, are provided by the florist of your choosing.

  • On site parking for your guests for up to 150 cars.

  • Experienced, professional and friendly bar staff throughout your party.

  • A lovely playlist for under the event tent or in the Pony Barn for cocktail hour and the reception.

What’s NOT included in the Diamond Package?

  • Food for the Welcome Party, Wedding dinner and Bon Voyage Brunch is handled by our EXCLUSIVE Wedding Caterers, Crafted Catering & Events.

    Your food choices and billing will be handled by them separately.

  • Our cabins.

    All of our luxury June Farms Cabins on our property will be reserved for your wedding. All of your guests will be able to book directly through June Farms so they get their check in information as well as their own personal concierge service. All cabins are reserved Friday-Sunday, unless you request additional nights. Check in is 4pm on Friday and a late noon check out is available on Sunday. All cabins include (1) golf cart for your guests to easily explore the farm.

  • Your Event Planner is not included in this package. All June Farms Weddings work exclusively with Christine Wheat Events Firm for your wedding planning.

  • A DJ, band or playlist for dancing.

  • Photography.

  • Floral for your reception tent, personal flowers, ceremony flowers or tabletop floral.

  • A golf cart for first looks or a golf cart for your photographer to use.

    *We can rent additional golf carts for your use to be added to the final bill.
